Get help
Write to us with what happened, which device and app or browser version you were using, and what you expected instead. We reply in English and Czech, usually within a few working days.
Report a bug or suggest a feature
Get Word is open source, so bugs and ideas are best filed as an issue — you can then follow what happens to them: github.com/jan-miksik/get-word/issues
Your account and your data
Open the menu, then Settings, then Account. You can export your learning data there, and delete your account together with its data. Deletion is permanent.
What we store
The Privacy Policy describes what Get Word stores, why, and which rights you have over it.
